Noni, Morinda citrifolia, is in the family Rubiaceae. Traditionally, the whole fruit was consumed raw in almost its entirety and also applied topically for medicinal use to address muscle aches and pains.

Overall recommendations: 

    Apply a dime to quarter size amount of IcyHeat Noni Lotion or IcyHeat Sports Formula Lotion to the area, rub on once or twice and then let air dry. Don’t keep rubbing the lotion into the skin or it is going to exfoliate and brown balls will appear on your skin.
    Apply as often as needed, we recommend between 2 to 4 times per day for persistent conditions
