zig-zag barbell rod, often called an EZ curl bar, is a type of weight-lifting bar designed with angled or "zigzag" bends in the middle. These bends allow for a more natural grip compared to a straight bar, especially during upper body exercises like bicep curls or triceps extensions.
Purpose of zigzag barbell rod.
