Why some hard disks cannot read by the MR35TWF? Please check if the hard disk is over than 2 TB capacity , if yes, please do as follow:

Please use your ex- hdd enclosure to format the hard disk into MBR format, then put the hard disk into the MR35TWF and use the usb cable connect the computer format it into GPT.

Ar then, partion it and format it into NTFS.
