Direction of Use1. Peel and Paste the green side of the adhesive (double-sided adhesive) on the dispenser and holder, then the white side to the wall.2. Install the toothpaste dispenser and toothbrush holder on areas free from water (for a long-lasting adhesion)3. After fixing the toothpaste at the top, press/squeeze the toothpaste to fill the toothpaste dispenser nozzle
