• LEVEL RESISTANCE TRAINING: Are the standard 41" bands too long for you? Do you find yourself not getting enough resistance or tension at the beginning of the exercise? The Serious Steel 32" bands are specifically designed for resistance trianing, especially for those who are under 6 feet tall. These band also work great with different resistance board systems.
• A COMPLETE HOME GYM: Bands range from 2 lbs (#0) to 200 lbs (#6) of tension. Made with 15 layers of continuous latex, these bands are made to endure tough workouts. If doing overhead movements, such as presses, or squats, consider the 41" bands.
• PORTABLE AND FUNCTIONAL: Take the bands anywhere - can be easily used while traveling, at home, at the gym, warming up and more. If using with a workout board system, or resistance training board system, please be aware you MUST use a Band Guard to prevent bands from becoming damaged on the corners of the sharp edges of resistance band board systems.

Most Resistance Bands are 41" Long & can be too long for shorter users (under 5'10")- creating slack at the bottom of an exercise. Are youOVER 5'10"?- traditional 41" Bands are probably perfect for you, we sell those too. Are youUNDER 5'10"?-32" bandswere designed for you & your training.

We created 32" Bands to make sure your bands were under tension throughout your entire range-of-motion. Keeping tension on the bands keeps your muscles engaged, producing better results & more gains. 32" Bands were designed for Resistance Training, Mobility, & Stretching ONLY.MODEL HEIGHT: 5'2"

We Do NOT Recommend Using 32" Bands For...

USERS OVER 5'10" (70")

If you are over 5'10" (70") tall you will be better suited using the 41" as the 32" Bands may be stretched beyond their recommended length.

OVERHEAD MOVEMENTS

Additionally, overhead movements are not recommended with the 32" resistance bands. We recommend using 41" pull-bands for overhead exercises.

PULL-UP TRAINING

32" bands are NOT designed to assist in pull-up training. Serious Steel 41" bands are the best option for assisted pull ups.

BARBELL TRAINING

The 32" bands are not intended for barbell training. If you are looking to add bands to your barbell training check out our 41" bands.
