1.Disconnect Mains Power:Safety Prerequisite.

Shut off the main electrical power supply at the breaker box to ensure the circuit is fully de-energized.

2.Prepare Ceiling Cutout:Measurement.

Cut a clean circular hole in the plasterboard or suspended ceiling tile matching the specified cutout diameter of the downlight.

3.Wire the Driver:Electrical Connection.

Connect the input wires of the LED driver to your mains AC power supply (Live to Live, Neutral to Neutral) using appropriate wire connectors or terminal blocks.

4.Retract Springs and Insert:Physical Installation.

Push the two spring-loaded retaining clips upward against the sides of the fixture, insert the unit into the ceiling cutout, and gently release the springs to let them clamp the light flush against the ceiling.

5.Restore Power & Test:Verification.

Switch the main power back on at the breaker box and test the switch to ensure the spotlight illuminates cleanly without flickering.

Maintenance Guidelines

Dusting: Periodically clean the outer bezel ring and lens surface using a dry, soft microfiber cloth.

No Liquid Cleaners: Do not spray water, liquid detergents, or solvent-based chemicals directly into the reflector cup or onto the LED chip.

Inspect Wiring: Occasionally verify that ceiling ventilation around the rear heat sink remains unobstructed by insulation debris.
