How to use it:

1.Wear the arm cuff.

2.Make the nozzle of the arm cuff point to your forearm.

3.Arm cuff 1-2cm higher than the elbow joint.4.Please keep the nozzle upwards.

Notes : (about the measuring)

1. Measure the BP every day at the same time, with the same arm and position.

2. It is advisable to measure within 1 hour ar getting up in the morning or at night before going to bed.

3. The different cuff positions cause the different measured values.

4. Do not touch the host and cuff during measuring.

5. Please keep quiet for about 5 minutes before measuring. No speaking when measuring.

6. Please wait for more than 5 minutes for continuous measuring.

7. Please keep away from the TV, mobile phones, etc., in order to avoid electromagnetic interference.
