Warranty Scope:

Within One Year from the Date of Purchase, If You Receive a Warranty Application That Meets the Warranty Conditions, You Can Repair Or Replace the Faulty Product According to the Situation. However, There Is No Obligation to Repair Or Replace the Faulty Product When the User Does Not Submit It for Repair According to the following Warranty Procedures. For Software Products, Aluck Limited Warranty Is Limited to Program Execution Errors That Occur during Normal Use.

1. Warranty (Maintenance) Service Provided by the Maintenance Center. The Warranty Period of the Host Is One Year, and the Warranty Period of the Accessories (except the Host) Is 90 Days. If the Product Is Replaced, Its Warranty Period Extends the Remaining Warranty Period of the Faulty Repair Product.

2. With the Valid Purchase Certificate, Within 7 Days from the Date of Purchase, the Quality Problems Caused by the Production and Manufacture of the Product Host Itself Are Kept in Good Condition, Clean and Tidy without Damage, you Can Enjoy the Return and Replacement Service; Within 15 Days from the Date of Purchase, the Quality Problems Caused by the Production and Manufacture of the Product Host Itself Are Kept in Good Condition, Clean and Tidy without Damage, you Can Enjoy the Replacement Service.

The following Factors Are Not Covered by the Free Warranty and Have Nothing to Do with the Original Warranty Period. Customers Need to Pay for Maintenance.

A. Dismantling Products without Authorization;
B. Faults Caused by Incorrect Usage Methods (Incorrect Operations Other than Product Specifications, Etc.);
C. Faults Caused by Touching Water, Falling from High Places, Mud, Sand, Etc;
D. Faults Caused by Use at Too High Or Too Low Temperature;
E. Incorrect Use of Power Supply and Failure to Supply Power According to Product Requirements;
F. There Is Obvious Strong Collision Phenomenon;
G. Damage Caused by Various Natural Disasters;
H. Failure Caused by Improper Storage Or Improper Maintenance;
I. Content Not Attached to the Warranty Card;>
J. Faults Caused by Other Parts of the Product Or Other Electrical Appliances (Power Supply, Etc.);
K. the Serial Number of the Product Is Lost/Altered/Damaged;
L. the Warranty Period Expires;

Warranty Procedures

During the Warranty Period, the Faulty Products Will Be Repaired Or Replaced Free of Charge to the after-Sales Maintenance Center Or the Original Purchase Store. When Sending for Repair, the Warranty Card Sealed by the Distributor and the Purchase Certificate Shall Be Presented to Aluck Customer Service Personnel; When Sending for Repair to Remote Users, the Warranty Card Sealed by the Distributor and the Purchase Certificate Shall Be Sent Together.

When Sending Faulty Products, You Need to Use the Original Complete Packing Box to Pack the Products, and Send Them Together with Accessories Related to Faults (Such as Data Cables). Irrelevant Accessories (Such as Protective Covers) Do Not Need to Be Sent. Aluck Shall Not Be Liable for Loss Or Damage during Delivery. The User Shall Bear the One-Way Postage for the Mail Sent to the after-Sales Maintenance Center, and the Postage Sent Back from the after-Sales Maintenance Center to the User Shall Be Borne by the after-Sales Maintenance Center.
The after-Sales Maintenance Center Has the Right to Reject All Emails Sent to the after-Sales Maintenance Center by "Pay-as-You-Go. Aluck Will Repair Or Replace the Parts According to the Fault Condition, and the Replaced Parts Are Owned by the Company. Please Note That the Warranty Period of the Original Product Is Not Extended Due to Repair Or Replacement.

Exemption Clause

In Addition to the Limited Liability Specified in Item 4 of This Clause, Especially as Mentioned in This Warranty Statement, Aluck Or Its Third-Party Suppliers Will Not Directly, indirect, Special, Accidental, Or Resulting Damage. Whether Based on Contract, Civil Tort, Or Any Other Legal Theory, and Whether Or Not the Possibility of Such Damage Has Been Warned.

4. If the Replacement Or Maintenance Service of the Same Product May Not Be Provided after the Production of This Product Is Terminated for More than One Year, Please Understand.
5. This Warranty Is Valid Only in Mainland China.
