General Installation Instructions

⚠️ Safety Notice: Turn off the electricity running to the light fixture box at the main circuit breaker before starting. Hiring a licensed professional electrician is strongly recommended due to the delicate nature and heavy weight of crystal fixtures.

Mount the Bracket: Secure the crossbar mounting bracket firmly to your ceiling junction box. Ensure the box is rated to support a heavy glass fixture.

Adjust the Drop Height: Set the length of the suspension chain to match your room’s clearance. Pull the electrical wiring through the chain links and slide the gold fabric cover over it.

Wiring: Connect the fixture’s ground, neutral, and live wires to your home's supply lines using wire nuts, then secure the ceiling canopy kit to the bracket.

Install Bulbs: Screw the appropriate light bulbs (typically standard candelabra E12 or E14 base bulbs, depending on location) into the interior core frame. Always insert bulbs before hanging crystals to ensure you have clear room to work.

Attach Crystals: Carefully hook the clear glass crystal pieces onto the integrated small metal loops layer by layer. It is highly recommended to attach the innermost or lowest tier first, moving outward and upward to avoid bumping crystals against each other.

Maintenance & Cleaning Guide

To keep the crystals sparkling like new and avoid damaging the gold finish:

Dry Dusting: Regularly dust the fixture using a microfiber cloth or an electrostatic duster to prevent buildup.

Crystal Cleaning: To clear away smudges or film, wear clean lint-free cotton gloves. Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of water and a splash of isopropyl alcohol, and gently wipe down the individual crystal prisms.

Finish Care: Never spray liquid cleaners directly onto the frame. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents, ammonia, or abrasive scrubbing pads on the gold cylinders, as this can corrode or strip away the satin finish.
