The machine produces patented ice which is harder than regular ice meaning it lasts longer, not only that but the ice is less inclined to stick together during production meaning the cubes are always separate and ready to go when you are busy! A inbuilt flush system ensures ice stays clearer and free from impurities, all whilst using as little as 25 litres of water to produce 5 kilo of ice. Perfect for bars and restaurants where space is a premium, front ventilation allows the machine to be situated in tighter spaces freeing up more space.
