1) WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO MAKE SURE THE SUCTION CUPS STICK FIRMLY TO THE BATHTUB?
The 4 suction cups are firm and therefore you should have no problem sticking it to the bathtub.You can use it in virtually any bathtub surface. Our recommendation for best use is:
Make sure the bathtub surface is clean and dry
Wet the suction cups with a generous amount of water (no soapy water or with bubble bath water).
Attach the bath pillow to the tub, and while doing so apply a good amount of pressure with your thumbs on the stitching of each suction cup.
Once the pillow is firmly attached, include the bubble bath or salts as desired.
2) AFTER USING THE PILLOW, WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO DRY IT OUT?
The best way to dry out the pillow after using it is to leave it flat on a dry surface. Some of our customers also like to leave it out in the sun.
3) IS THE PILLOW MACHINE WASHABLE?
Yes, but we do not recommend washing the pillow on a regular basis as it is not required. Wash with like colors, use a genlte cycle and detergent only.
