### Troubleshooting: One Bluetooth Earphone Not Working

#### Troubleshooting Method 1

1. Check if the "Mono Output" setting can be adjusted to "Stereo Output" (Dual Ear Channels). 2. Check if the battery of the malfunctioning earphone is depleted. 3. Check if both earphones are connected to the device. You can disconnect the current connection first, remove the Bluetooth earphones from your phone's Bluetooth list, then re-pair them with your phone and play audio again to test.

#### Troubleshooting Method 2

1. The Bluetooth earphones have been idle for too long. If not used for an extended period, the built-in lithium battery of the earphones will enter a "sleep" state. Simply charge them for more than 30 minutes, and the earphones will display the charging status. 2. If the earphones have not been idle for a long time and still show no response after charging for more than 30 minutes: - Check if the plug of the earphone charging cable is damaged; you can try replacing it with another data cable. - Check if there is any foreign object blocking the charging port of the earphone.
