It monitors voltage to make sure that higher or lower voltage/ current that is not within your set range does not flow or supply . it has delay time of 1 - 500seconds adjustable table, it depends on the stability of your supply voltage that will determine delay time before supply and you can also set your desire delay time.

*SETTING*

Hold setting for 3sec first parameter is over voltage set between 221- 300 using the arrow

2) press setting over voltage recovery value set between 221-299

3) press setting over voltage actuation time set between 0.1 - 10sec

4) press setting under voltage value set between 151 - 220

5) under voltage recovery value set between 151 - 219

6) under Voltage protection actuation time must not be more than 0.3sec

7) press setting delay time for fault recovery set between 2 - 512 sec

8) press setting power ON delay time set between 2-512sec

9) press setting set AU not AH for all your setting to be automatic

10) press setting it display *I UL * it is to inquire the last fault that occur on your supply its either UL or UH under or over voltage 

11) finally press setting to activate your modifications. It will display END

Note that the factory setting is OK to protect your equipment but if need requires to modify the factory setting then you must follow the steps to the end if not your modifications won't be activated. 

To go back to factory setting press the two arrows together for 3sec .
