               HOW TO MAKE SURE THE SIT UP BAR STICKS TO THE FLOOR FIRMLY BEFORE USING

1. CLEAN THE SURFACE: Wipe the floor/surface thoroughly making sure that any grain of sand on the surface is completely cleaned.

2.CLEAN THE SUCTION CUP:  Gently clean the surface of the rubber suction cup to get rid of any dirt from previous use.

3.PRESS FIRMLY:  Hold and lean on the top part of the sit-up device and firmly press the suction cup onto the surface, making sure to push out any air bubbles trapped underneath. The entire cup should be flat against the floor/surface.

4.LOCK:  While pushing down on the sit-up bar to the floor, pull down the clasps on both sides of the cups to tightly lock it onto the floor/surface.
