If the maximum speed of this motor is purchased, such as 500rpm, if we use a speed controller to reduce the speed of the motor from 500rpm to 5rpm, when the motor is running at 5rpm, can the torque of the motor still reach 47KG? This is impoible. After you use the speed controller to reduce the speed of the motor, the torque of the motor will also decrease with the decrease of the speed. For example, if the speed of the motor you buy is 500rpm, the torque of the motor is 2.29KGF.CM, when you use the controller to reduce the speed of the motor, the torque of the motor will be lower than 2.29KG, if the speed of the motor is reduced by a large extent, the torque of the motor will also be greatly reduced. If you buy the lowest speed of this motor, such as 5rpm, the torque of the motor is 47KG, if you use the speed controller to reduce the motor speed from 5rpm to 1rpm, the torque of the motor will also be lower than 47KG. So you need to consider whether the final torque of the motor can still reach your project load after the speed of the motor is reduced by the controller.
