UBEC 5v 3A switch can drive two 25kg servos. It's not a 7805 linear regulator, so you can't use two ESCs to power the receiver at the same time.
After power on, the led indicator flashes slowly for 3 times for self-test, and stable light after self-test means normal operation.
If the throttle is not in the middle position when turned on, the LED will flash intermittently. Then you need to adjust the throttle position to midpoint and the ESC can work only when the LED is always on.
