This product is mainly used to measure the thickness of non-conductive coating on metal surface. Built-in magnetic induction and vortex double principle probe, can automatically identify the measured metal substrate, only need to be placed on the measured surface, can automatically calculate the thickness of the coating. Digital LCD display with backlight, support display average, minimum, maximum, statistical number. With three probe modes, zeroing calibration, automatic temperature compensation algorithm, and units switch function.

Unit Switching Function: Press up to switch the units between um and mils.
Zeroing Calibration & Automatic Temperature Compensation Algorithm: In order to improve the test accuracy, it is suggested that the instrument should be calibrated. Automatic temperature compensation algorithm to ensure higher accuracy.
Measurement Objects: The tester is used for non-destructive measurement of coating and paint thickness, and accurate. It is used to measure the thickness of plated and coated plates on metals such as paint/chrome on steel, paint and anodic oxide coatings on aluminum/copper.
Wide Applications: It is widely used in automotive ink inspection, electroplating layer, surface process, pipeline anti-corrosion layer, surface mechanical equipment anti-corrosion, chemical equipment, quality control and other fields.
