Boneflex is a supplement that is used in the management of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. Boneflex provides extra care and support for normal joint function.  It is also recommended for physically active individuals/athletes, overweight individuals, and the elderly. 
Boneflex has its active ingredients as Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and Omega 3. Chondroitin is a substance formed from sugar chains, that helps to maintain body fluid and flexibility in the joints. Glucosamine is a sugar protein that helps the body build cartilage and is a naturally occurring substance usually found in the bones. Glucosamine helps with the formation and repair of cartilages. Chondroitin helps to lubricate and cushion joints as protection from damage. Omega-3 fatty acids help with the lubrication of the joints to enable ease of movement. 
Active Ingredient: Each capsule contains Glucosamine Sulphate 250mg, Chondroitin Sulphate 200mg, and Omega-3 fish oil 300mg.
Side Effects:  Some common side effects include; swelling in the legs, irregular heartbeats, hair loss, nausea or vomiting, stomach pain, bloating, and puffy eyelids.

• Take two capsules daily after meals.
• For best results, it is recommended that you use it for at least 3 months.
