With a miimum focus distance of 10cm (3.94in), XF30mmF2.8 R LM WR Macro reveals beauty beyond what the eye can see. Subjects will be so close, they’ll almost touch the front element; record them with a 40-megapixel sensor to maximize breathtaking detail.
Macro lenses typically require both a vast number of elements and large amount of focus movement, but XF30mmF2.8 R LM WR Macro has just three focusing elements, which keeps its weight under 200g (0.44lb). There’s no compromise in build quality, however, with metal used on key parts for quality and durability.
Autofocus speed and accuracy have been dramatically improved, thanks to an inner-focus design and high-precision linear motor. As a result, the high-speed, near-silent AF can even track flowers swaying in the wind at close range.
