Highlight

This fresh and pretty neutral Highlighter Pencil will brighten and visibly lift your eyes when lightly applied on the brow bone and dark circles. It can conceal blemishes and dark spots on medium to dark skin tones. This versatile pencil can also be used as a bronzer on most skin tones as well! One highlighter per box.
