First, wash hair with  unoiled shampoo, massage the hair with the hand in short Term to make the ointmtent     deeped the  hair. wrapped up the whole hair then put on the electric cap. Pull the two lines ends respectively open then move, fix the annular fixture the width so as to suit it completely.it can be using after the power line plug into the receptacle. The indoor temperature is lover in winter, plug into the power supply v  firstly making the lnner hot then use it. Put down the annular fixture after 15-20 minutes, then loosen theline, then take electronic cap off, but please remember to pull out  the plug  .. wash hair worm water , using shampoo.
