A 400gram can of powder yields approximately 7 Servings of 230ml. Storage Instruction... Store unopened can under normal room temperature conditions (not to exceed 25'C). Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool dry place, but Not refrigerated. Once opened, use content within 3 weeks. Reconstituted Ensure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 23 hours.
