AREA OF APPLICATION* As a bond coat- Plaster to plaster, concrete to concrete, plaster to concrete for plastering over brick masonry, bonding coat and mortar for tile and panels, underlays for special finishes such as top rendering coat for chemical resistant floods.
*As waterproofing and Damproofing- Waterproofing of small roof terraces, sunken portions of toilet and bathrooms, window she'd, lift pits, balconies and staircase.
* As concrete repair- Latex plus to be used in making polymer modified mortar in recommended dosage( 8% to 10%) by weight of cement.
Precautions and Limitations* Recommended dosage to be followed to achieve desired results.* When working in hot temperature conditions, extra water may be added to the repair mortar to compensate for evaporation to loss and make the mortar workable.
COVERAGE* 1kg latex plus will cover 3.5-4.5 square meter area in 1 coat, mixing proportions 1:1( Latex plus: cement) by volume
