Every child deserves to play any sport they like. Badminton is one the best choices. 
Badminton is a healthy sport that can help children socialize and communicate better with real people. Badminton is gentle and is considered a safe game for people from all ages and background.Badminton needs at least 2 players. A child would need a friend to play with. Secondly, the players would need a badminton racket each. They’ll also need at least 1 piece of shuttlecocks.  
How to play: 
Drop the racket head down and behind you. 
Keep your knees bent and ready to move.
Move forward with your racket foot.
Keep your arm nearly straight as you swing the racket, snapping your wrist at the last possible second before you hit the shuttle.
Hit the shuttlecocks above and over the net to your partner and reposition for a come-back. 
Use comfortable sportswear especially shoes to reduce falls and bruises.
