I just started using it..I actually ordered 4 packs and haven't finished the first.. The taste is good..I brew it twice..first thing in the morning and again in the night...i can't afford to trow it away, so I eat up the softened herbal ingredients..I cut coconut into it..that makes it better to eat it up. So far am enjoying the whole thing, and hope to have amazing testimony afterwards.
