I had an old model which I bought around 2016 or so, the jug broke and that is why i had to order a new one as the official service center in lagos is not functional. This new model is improved, has a fan underneath that cools the motor this prevents overheating and motor damage. The design is much more efficient, blends even unsoaked beans within seconds, and you don't need to hold the blender while it works as it doesn't move when it's working, also the motor won't start if the jug isn't properly fitted.
