Jumia has good customer care relationship. They keep their words and deliver the exact order on time. However one must take care not to allow their delivery agents spoil the transaction with their rude attitude. One of the delivery persons by the name Nicholas almost stalled my order because he was upset that he came to deliver without contacting me first and was unable to meet me. He simply told me to forget about the order. Had I not called Jumia to complain, I could have spent days waiting for that order to arrive only for it to be cancelled by the delivery agent. Of course I would have gone elsewhere to buy.
