faulty product

The product was faulty from delivery, water levels were low. was installed after one week. batter works occasionally. i called customer care, was told nothing can be done since i did not return product within 7days from delivery. please note Order was cancelled twice due to product damaged in transit. i regret buying this product online. my advise go to a shop if you want a good product, i had earlier bought a different brand from a shop still working this today
