Just okay.

I love the fact that it is a full PC in a small factor device and the productivity is alright. Item started developing touchscreen issues by the second week; it will start clicking icons on the screen by itself. Unfortunately, it has gone past the return period. Now the more painful aspect is the issue of delivery by Jumia; it was not expedited at all. The same issues with my first order still repeated itself with this. Delivery took longer than the proposed 8 days. In fact I didn't get it until the 14th day and annoyingly, I needed to call to inquire before I learnt that the item was at the pick up centre. What happened to the tradition of using calls or SMS notification to inform buyers of the arrival of their items for pick up at the pick up stations? And even further complicated by the fact that the tracking provided little or no information about the status of transport or delivery of item. I don't know of other people, but the delivery logistics, to me, leaves much to be desired.

I am disappointed with this device because one can not make or receive call with it and the worst is that one can not even recharge sim card with the tablet. I have to remove the sim insert it into another phone every time I want to subscribe for data, too bad of a mobile device! However, the browsing function is good.

The most productive tab so far for the nature of my job which involves rigorous use of Microsoft Office App. It has become my most used gadget. In reply to the previous commentator, I would have said the same b4 I realised I needed to create a Microsoft Account before the product key would automatically activate.... dont also forget to change your time setting to.
