Purchased 2 other brands of TV 3 times and had to return because they had all been opened and used and all had a fault or something missing and were being passed off as new... This particular TV works well. The smart part of the TV works exactly like a smart TV should Happy with my purchase so far High sense truly makes sense. Volume and picture clarity OK but I have seen better hence the 4 stars.
