Slight issues

The phone gets hot when using it for heavy stuff. The battery also isn't that strong. Finally, I'm not so cool with Android Nougat.

I like it but it had some issues

The phone sends international messages which would have caused the rooting of the phone although I was able to uninstall the gn.salestracker culprit using another software without rooting. Whenever I power the phone, it shows that the OS was changed and it will continue with normal boot in 5 seconds. I am yet to see a solution to it. Although not stated on the website description of product, contrary to the claim on the pack of screen guard and pouch inside, I found none. I feel that whatever claim a pack carries must be found as such regardless of whether it was included in the product description or not. A pin to ensure the ejection of the SIM tray was not in the pack. I did not expect that something as basic as that should be missing. Overall, I believe Jumia does not sell products but provides it's customers with a unique experience that is different from that obtainable in a traditional shop. Jumia can work better at ensuring quality from the marketers end thus reducing customer returns. Someone may say if a product falls short of what it was expected to be should be returned. However, some customers may not due to the waiting time (initial delivery + return time + redelivery) especially if the issues are not major like mine. In summary, I like the product but those little issues would have made the liking more perfect. I hope this helps in making customer service better. Thanks.
