Great for home workouts

Comes with two bars, eight 1.25kg plates, four 0.5 kg plates and four screws that keep them on. The middle of the bars are also made with rubber so are quite comfortable to hold although I do still use workout gloves. I'd recommend also buying a silicone lubricant as they are made of iron which is susceptible to rust. Overall they've really helped me increase the intensity of my home workouts.
