It took a very long while to be successful at charging the item: not that the item is slow at charging (I doubt) but its charging connector is too delicate/sensitive and is quite selective of ports it can be charged on. I almost thought it was effective, and was preparing to send it by to Jumia - after several tries - when it finally charged. This is not user friendly or helpful because it wasted a lot of my personal time. Also, it took a while to sync it with the downloaded app on my I-phone. It was my 3rd Smart Watch/Fitness Tracker and the most difficult to sync. It could have been made much more user friendly. The positive I have is that it looks good, and I like the idea of not relying on a separate gadget as a charging cord (that is. the challenge I have with my other two Smart Watches/Fitness Trackers); I like the fact that you can charge it directly.
