I do not need it anymore.

I've cancelled the order online because I don't need it anymore but I've not been able to go cancel on delivery because the item is currently at the pick up centre and I'm currently not in the city where the pick up centre is situated. I got a call two days ago (Wednesday) from the pick up centre, I was told not to worry that I'd receive a call from the customer care service but I've not received any hitherto. What should I do?
