Definitely returning this, the bulb was only bright for a short time, it became terribly dim, had to put if off, the annoying part was that I allowed it to charge accordingly as instructed on the carton

I expected better for the price. All I got were three bulbs and a fan. Can't charge anything, only powers the bulbs and the small fan that came with it.
