So sorry for the inconveniences my call and mail must have caused your company in respect of my intention to return the product ordered. sincerely, the fault should be passed to the manufacturer of this product for not given detailed explanation/operational of the said product (mic) in the product manual, most especially, the microphones. However, i sincerely apologise though. The mics are perfectly working and in good condition. ii, Complaint: microphones side- light, not stable, it only blink and goes off when switched on.
