I was cheated, wrong size was delivered to me

I ordered a 44 size shoe but a 43 size was delivered to me. This is a deliberate cheating and it has to be reprehended and sanctioned. the last digit of the size "3" has been erased in order to hide and mislead me. this is very wrong and unlawful. Please refund my money and blacklist the provider. Best regards
