I hate it.

I requested for footmat for VENZA and what was delivered wasn't for venza. I had an emergency and couldn't fix the mat till about 10days after delivery, that was when I saw the huge mistake. Now I'm made to waste 30,000 over a vendor's inadequacy. It's very unfair.
