1. Apply generously multiple times a day. As many times as possible at very short intervals 2. While brushing uiut teeth twice a day, try using your toothbrush to scrub your lips as well. If you can do the above 2, you will get visible results in a week. Honestly, I love it

I love the results so far after about 2 months of usage; i take a break sometimes so my lips won't get too tinted. Only down side is that it comes half empty though, the quantity is only half of the bottle which is already small.
