Supradyn contains thirteen vitamins, 9 essential minerals and trace elements and Coenzyme Q10 in balanced proportions. Vitamins are vital substances that are supplied to the human body through the diet. Minerals are essential for metabolism and are essential constituents of the body (for bone, blood, etc.). Trace elements are also essential substances which the body needs only in small quantities.

Coenzyme Q10 also known as Ubiquinone is an oil soluble vitamin-like substance present in most Eukaryotic cells in the body, primarily in the mitochondria. It participates in aerobic cellular respiration generating energy in the form of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) as such provides energy to the cells in the body.

Coenzyme Q10 also possesses an antioxidant activity. It keeps the brain cells healthy while boosting memory, focus and clarity.

However, all these substances are not always present in sufficient quantities in the daily diet.
