I'm sure by now, a number of you will know that one of my inspirations that started my health kick is Tony Horton, the creator of the famed P90X program. When I was about to embark on Phase 3 of Project Meltdown, I wanted to look for a program so that there'll be some kind of schedule/structure that I can stick to. Simply by searching Tony Horton on the web, you will get plenty results related to P90X. After taking a little more effort (not much really), I found that he had a program called "10 Minute Trainer". 10 Minute?
This was the PERFECT excuse buster for anyone. Busy people, busy travellers, busy coach potatoes, busy whoever... The tagline was "Give me 10 minutes, and I'll get you results." 10 mins!!! I can spare 10 mins. Anyone can spare 10 mins. Just wake up 10 mins earlier or sleep 10 minutes later.

- For Phase 3 folks: Great workout. Not overly intense, not too long for this group of people.
- For Phase 4 folks: This could lack the intensity. Good for a "lazy" day though.
- Time: Awesome. Even if you triple stack the workouts, it's only 30 mins a day.
- Variety: Good mix, so don't worry about having Popeye Arms after the program.
