HOW TO FIT COLLAR ON YOUR DOG

A well-fitted collar is important for using shock mode, ensure that the two metal probe contact points press firmly against the dog's skin. When the collar is fitted and connected properly, there should be enough space to fit one or two fingers snugly in between the contact points on the receiver on the collar and the dog's skin.

• Fully charge before use.
• Read the instruction manual and test before use to make sure you understand the usage and precautions.
• Patience training, when your dog achieves the goal, you will also feel a sense of achievement.
• Do not attach the dog leashes to this training collar!

How to Turn on

• the receiver: press the button showed.
• the remote transmitter: slide the ON/OFF button on the side of the transmitter.

How to Pairing

• The default pairing channel is CH1, dont need pair again, when you lost the remote or want to control 3 dogs with one remote, please follow these steps to repair:

1. Turn on the Remote control and choose a channel by press the CH button;
2. Turn on the Receiver and press the power button of the Receiver by 2 seconds, you hear a beep sound, and the Receiver's LED status light is flashing;
3. Press the vibrate button/shock button/beep button of the Remote control within 10 seconds after the beep sound, hearing a beep sound again that means the pairing successful.

The indicator shows that the command is running

When you press the vibration or tone button, you can easily feel that the command is running, and the indicator light is keeping on. Short press or long press can achieve instantaneous or continuous stimulation.

Shock or No Shock ?

• With the help of the test lamp, it can be observed that the electric shock is running.
• When you use electric shock, make sure that both the two contact points touch the skin, otherwise wont feel the shock.
• If the electric shock function is not needed at all, two contact points can be removed, and the dog will be more comfortable.
• Tips: Human skin is more sensitive than dogs.

Q:Will it work 100% on my puppy?

A:As the most common training method, it can effectively work on most puppies with the correct training method. In addition, if it doesn't work for your dog, you can choose to return.

Q: When I press the Remote control button, my pet does not react.

A:1. Ensure the Receiver is turned on.

2. Check the channel, press the CH button to turn it back on if you have picked another channel.

3. Ensure that the two contact point touch the dog's skin.

4. Ensure the trainingIevel is over 0. Increase the electric shock or vibration's intensity level.
