１）Do you hurt bamboo when getting bamboo roots?

No. The bamboo roots are not the roots under the ground. They craw outside of the ground like rattan. They do not affect the growth of bamboo.

2)  Bamboo material is cheap. Why your products are expensive?

Bamboo roots are different from bamboo poles. Bamboo poles are rich, weak and cheap. Bamboo roots are rare, hard, ble and expensive. Besides, we have to spend much time to select the right bamboo roots which need to be thick and beautiful enough. Furthermore, normal workers can not e the products well. We have to use skilled craftsmen who have been ing bamboo root products for more than 30 years.
