2.Make sure that the power supply is compatible with the light strips. Undercurrent may result in weak light or flicking. Over current, conversely,may lead to strong light, and even damage of light stripes.
Note: 1.Do not switch on, when the products are stacked together or unpacked.
2.Use the non-metallic tie to fix the product,can't be fluttering, swinging, and pulling, or it is easy to break or burn the line of lights string.
3.Do not fix the light string under the water or the flammable, explosive, corrosive environment.
4.Please remember to do waterproofing measures towards the power plug and the controller, if the light string is fixed outdoor.
5.Please keep away from children, or use it under the adult supervision.
6.Don't touch the string light when it is connected to main power. Please switch it off when replacing it in case of an .
FAQ 1. Entire color light not working.
A.Check whether slot is working. Possible reasons may be damaged slot, switching being turned off or bad contact.If this is the case, change the slot.
B.Check plug and the wire between plug and control box. In the case of the plug being severely strained or cracked, (possibly due to being under heavy weight during transport), contact professional electrical engineer for repair or change.
2. Partial light not working.Check the abnormal LED bulb beads and wires. It is common that welding spot or wires are broken when installing the light. Welding or reconnect the broken part.
