HMC472 is a wideband 6-bit digital attenuator with an attenuation range of 0～31.5dB and a typical step error of ±0.25dB. It adopts QFN surface mount package, single power supply 5V power supply, operating frequency range DC to 3.8 GHz, insertion lo is lower 2.0 dB (typical value), IIP3 is +54 dBm, suitable for various RF and IF applications.Module features:(1) Operating frequency range: 1M～3.8GHz;(2) Maximum power of input signal: 20dBm(3) Attenuation factor and step length: The attenuation factor is 0～31.5dB, and the step length is 0.5dB.(4) Insertion lo: le than 2.0dB.(5) Attenuation control interface: one is manual adjustment control through the 6-position pin header on the board;(6) Input and output impedance: 50Ω.(7) Power supply: the typical value is +5V, and the maximum value cannot exceed +7V.(8) Input and output interface: SMA interface inner screw inner hole.Package included:1 xRF Attenuator Module
