•Black and soldering tips (LXZ919208 and LXZ919194) welding proce surface electroplating, bright surface, no impurities, corrosion resistance, durable and long service life. • Gold pure copper soldering tip (LXZ920254), suitable for tin plating, non-magnetic, fast heating speed. Reminder: Pure copper is easy to oxidize. •Black anti-static soldering tip. Lead-free and envmentally friendly. High safety and stable performance. •Frosted soldering tip (LXZ921106) adopts multi-layer electroplating proce, the thickne of the alloy layer reaches 1mm, and it takes a certain time to preheat, but it is more resistant to corrosion and not easy to oxidize. More suitable for low temperature welding scenes. My actual experience: I tried to use LUXIAJZI 80w soldering and this soldering tip. When the temperature reaches 400°C-420°C, the tin wire melts rapidly.

Specification:

•K Series Type: Use -type partial welding, vertical or welding welding can be used, belongs to the multi-purpose soldering tip. Suitable for welding of SOJ, PLCC, SOP, QFP, power grounding parts, correction of tin bridges, connectors, etc. •B Type: It is slender, which can be flexibly operated in a welding envment where there are taller components around the welding point or a narrow welding space. Suitable for general welding, regardle of the size of the welding spot, also can use B type. •I Type: The tip of the soldering tip is small. Suitable for fine welding or small welding space, and can also correct the tin bridges generated when welding s. •3C Type: Soldering on the inclined surface of the tip of the soldering , suitable for soldering that requires more tin. Suitable for welding requiring large amounts of tin, welding envment with large welding area, thick terminals and large solder joints. •2.4D Type: Welding with batch nozzle. Suitable for welding requiring large amounts of tin, welding envment with large welding area, thick terminals and large solder joints.

due to compreion, the same thickne of the sponge will have the problem of inconsistent thickne ar compreion. The actual thickne ar foaming is the same, please rest aured to buy.
