common problem:

1. Does the hard disk not respond when inserted into the computer?
A: First of all, first determine whether the hard disk is turned on after the hard disk is inserted into the computer. If there is a light, it proves that the hard disk is identifiable. To enter the disk management for EXFAT formatting, pull out and then insert it to use normally.

2. There is noise in the disk reading, and the identification is also intermittent?

3. Can the system not be used in the PS4 XBOX?
