Szechuan Ginger Fish

( Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 8 Minutes )

Ingredients

• 4 Tablespoons Butter
• 1 Tablespoon Szechuan Ginger Salt
• Fish Fillets
• Lemon & Lime Slices
• Watercress

1. Melt Butter and add Szechuan Ginger Salt
2. Place Fish on a well oiled grill.
3. Brush Fish generously with herbed butter.
4. Turn Fish and brush second side with herbed butter.
5. Grill 6 to 8 minutes total.
6. Pour remaining butter over Fish before serving.
7. Serve with watercress and fresh lemon & lime slices.
