It doesn't charge fast
First of all, why give me a new power bank that is drained already? Who does that? Who has been using it before selling it to me ? Secondly why is it slow in charging? Like it counts bit by bit, that's too poor for a 20000mah , my 10500mah charges even faster Thirdly it doesn't get filled on time... Even if I charge the power bank for hours e never for one day full. I will test it tomorrow by charging it for 5hours and if it persists, I will have no choice but to return it
