I don't like it

The Toner cartridge ink 205A black, that came doesn't appear new when I opened it. But that is not even my problem, the problem here is that, after I inserted it into my printer, each time I print a document, some dots always appear on the paper. There is no provision for attachment here, I would have attach a copy of what I printed so that you see how it look like. A lots of dots on the paper each time I print something. Meanwhile the former toner that got finished wasn't like that. I even removed the new toner and put the old one, it printed neatly and fine, just that the words were faint because no much ink, but no dot, it was fine. From all my trouble shooting, it became obvious that the toner is the problem. I will appreciate it it can replaced.
